Parronales Tinamou consists of five farms where Subsole is a co‑investor and whose management is handled by Terrones:
Parronales Lautaro & Juntas: These farms are located in the mountainous and desert areas of the Copiapó Valley and they have optimal conditions for the production of early table grapes. They have a surface of 188 hectares planted with grapes, from a total of 207 hectares available. There is an equal distribution of red, green and black varieties, featuring Thompson, AUTUMNCRISP, Adora, Ralli and Red Superior. The farms benefit from having packing house Tinamou on-premise, managed by Agroservicios Copiapó.
Parronales Lonquén: This farm is located close to Isla de Maipo, in Chile’s Metropolitan Region. Its excellent soil and favorable climate allows the group to grow table grapes for export, with a focus on markets with later windows. Table grapes are grown on it’s 68.5 hectares, both traditional (Thompson and Crimson) and protected varieties of great potential (Ralli, Scarlotta, AUTUMNCRISP, Sonera and Timco), allowing this farm to efficiently target different markets at different times.
Parronales La Punta: This farm, located at the foothills of the Cachapoal Valley, produces mid‑to‑late season table grapes under excellent conditions. This farm is characterized by having a dry Mediterranean climate, with less humidity, which favors the harvest. It has 57 planted hectares from a total of 92 hectares available. Red and black varieties such as Scarlotta and Sable predominate and benefit from the nearby packing house services of Lainca, managed by Agroservicios Manquehue.
Parronales El Obispo: This farm, located in the Cachapoal Valley, produces mid‑to‑late season table grapes under excellent conditions and with high‑potential. This farm is characterized by deep, highly‑fertile soil, enabling the productive potential of different varieties. It has 37 planted hectares with green varieties such as AUTUMNCRISP and Thompson.
